About me

In just under 3 decades of work experience, many of which involved leadership and working with leaders, I have learned a great deal about things that work and things that don’t work. Understanding the challenges faced by leaders and teams seeking to transform the way they think, feel, and lead, my goal is to help them step outside of their safe zones, to question their own assumptions, challenge long-held habits, and create space for the kind of breakthroughs that change everything. In doing so, they not only unlock new ways of leading — they also build the resilience needed to sustain growth and navigate uncertainty with confidence.
